Our Story
Founded in 2020 during the global disruptions, OREDJA was established to help companies reinforce supply chain performance and build more resilient operation strategies. Over time, the firm evolved to support clients across the entire manufacturing supply chain — from production planning and Lean operations to distribution strategy and service level optimization.
Recognizing the growing global demand for operational resilience—driven by disrupted supply chains, shifting trade routes, and evolving government priorities—OREDJA was created to help businesses adapt and thrive. What began as a response to urgent sourcing and logistics challenges during the COVID era, quickly evolved into a broader mission: to support manufacturers, industrial players, and retailers in transforming their supply chains, optimizing production, and strengthening distribution capabilities across international markets.

Djamel Rezzig is a global consultant and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, and industrial operations. With an engineering background in industrial and manufacturing systems, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable performance improvements.
His career spans wholesale, retail, and global supply chains, giving him a complete perspective of the value chain — from sourcing to manufacturing, distribution, and customer delivery. He is recognized for his ability to quickly diagnose challenges, design pragmatic solutions, and lead complex transformations with speed and discipline.
Djamel has successfully led missions across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, supporting multinational clients in industries ranging from manufacturing and retail to energy, construction, and consumer goods. His work covers the full lifecycle of transformation — including strategy design, PMO leadership, turnaround management, and operational ramp-up.
He also advises organizations on global trade opportunities, providing market access, benchmarking, and partnership development to help companies expand internationally.
Djamel holds executive education certifications from Harvard Business School and IMD, and is valued for his ability to connect global expertise with local execution, ensuring that strategies translate into lasting impact.

Aurélien Barreau is a global consultant and senior partner at Oredja, with more than 20 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, merchandise excellence, and retail leadership. His career spans both B2B and B2C environments, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how to connect supply-side efficiency with customer-facing impact.
He is widely recognized as an expert across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he has built deep industry knowledge and a trusted professional network. Aurélien’s expertise covers manufacturing strategy, private label development, omni-channel retail, and category management, helping organizations strengthen their supply bases, expand product portfolios, and accelerate profitable growth.
Before co-founding Oredja, Aurélien held senior leadership roles in multinational retail and distribution groups, where he designed and executed sourcing strategies that improved margins, enhanced supplier performance, and supported international expansion. His ability to balance strategic vision with execution discipline has made him a trusted advisor to retailers, distributors, and industrial players alike.
At Oredja, he drives projects in sourcing transformation, procurement strategy, and private label innovation, while fostering high-performing, innovative teams.
